Full Contract Administrator, Project Management and Principal Designer role under CDM Regs 2015 provided.

  • Initial site inspection to report back to client/insurer on observations, agree brief and insurable/betterment works. 

  • Collation of Specification of reinstatement works including working drawings, issue to tender, tender queries, tender report on costs + recommendation

  • Client. Insurer and contractor liaison 

  • Attendance at and minuting pre-start meeting, review of progress/quality of works from weekly inspections, monthly progress meetings, managed and processed /certified contractor valuations and managed budgets and programme, including Liaison with client and insurer and stakeholders. 

  • Principal Designer role, CDM Regs 2015 compliance and liaison with Client and Principal Contractor
